MC2 Property Valuers is a totally independent property valuation and consulting firm located in the Regional City of Albury. The Directors, David Clifton and Peter Mitchell, own and operate MC2 Property Valuers and have been involved in the real estate property industry since the mid 1980’s.
Peter Mitchell’s valuation career began in the late 1990’s and he is a qualified and experienced Valuer with a broad background. Peter had been working with several private valuation firms in the Albury Wodonga Region since the mid 1990’s before commencing MC2 Property Valuers.
Although originally commencing employment in the agricultural industry and gaining an Associate Diploma in Farm Management, David Clifton moved into the valuation profession in the mid 1980’s with initial extensive training at the State Bank of NSW. David has been working with several private valuation firms in the Albury Region since the mid 1990’s before commencing MC2 Property Valuers.
The Certified Practicing Valuers at MC2 Property Valuers are registered by the Department of Fair Trading, are Associate Members of the Australian Property Institute and abide by the Code of Professional Practice, Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct.
